Chassis Just like the external structure of a house, the chassis of the Shenteite printer is generally Ip55 stainless steel. Of course, the high-end machine uses IP65 stainless steel to protect it from water and dust.
Circuit board It is the central system that controls the entire printer.
High voltage module Produces high voltage for dot deflection, standard +1000V

power supply: An important device for providing voltage stability to the printer
Ink tank For storing ink
Thinner tank For storage of thinner
Mixing tank It is used to mix ink and thinner to make the ink reach the viscosity required by the printer. The pigment type inkjet printer (white ink machine, yellow ink machine) also has a separate stirring system, so that the pigment can be mixed evenly without precipitation.
Heat sink The printer is a sealed one. If there is no heat sink, or the component quality is poor, it will easily lead to many printer malfunctions such as black screen crashes.
The electromagnetic valve Used to control the flow of ink, the imported solenoid valve used by 鈺Site is superior and durable.
Pressure pump Pressing ink into the spray chamber to eject ink lines from the nozzle
Vacuum generator for recycling ink
Main filter Used to filter impurities in ink or thinner to protect the nozzle from clogging.
Pressure sensor for detecting ink pressure
Dilution filter Used to prevent impurities in the diluent from entering the circulatory system. I mentioned it in our previous articles.
The printer must have multiple filtration systems.
Viscometer Used to detect ink viscosity
